  • Better integration with other applications will help a lot

While I enjoy all the functionalities offered by Outlook app, I am not able to carry out my day to day work effectively using Outlook. E.g. 1. I can’t schedule webex meeting using Outlook App 2. Can’t integrate my To-Do list applications with Outlook 3. Attach an email in another email
  • Difficult to quickly navigate

Our employer forced us to use the app and we lost many efficiencies. This is very difficult to quickly navigate and get where you need to be. The people icon gets hidden after initial use. Bring it back!
  • Unwanted/Unneeded Confirmation Button

The latest update, adds a confirmation button, “permanently delete,” for each deletion swipe. While some users may desire this feature, an option to disable the confirmation should be available. I will cease use of this application until modifications are made accordingly.

I use outlook for work email plus my personal Gmail account. I have had consistent problems accessing Gmail since the app updated yesterday.
  • Overall ok but my drafts from desktop not showing on app

Everything from my desktop carries over into App except drafts. Only shows drafts written in the app not the desktop which doesn’t make any sense.
  • Allow big email attachments

My company allows us to send huge files over email +100MBs. The app needs to allow us to do same rather than the 25MB limit. It’s 2018 - files are larger!

This app works great and is easy to understand but there is a issue where I don’t get notifications for new mail a lot of times and have missed reading some important things. I wish they can fix this issues so I can get notified for new mail fast.

I can quickly create and send emails. Slightly slow on lookup of contents, but that is similar to the IOS native app.

Great app but only thing still keeping me from using it is the ability to use an html email signature
