  • Great content, shoddy app

    By Nicknameistaken,chooseanother
It’s wonderful to be able to learn from world class instructors on your phone! Not so wonderful is the broken implementation of offline learning which basically requires a constant internet connection. Would you like to learn about how artificial intelligence works? Udacity can do that! Would you like to learn about AI while you’ve got some downtime on a plane? “Oops, sorry, something went wrong. Try again.” Maybe Udacity’s app developers should take their own advice.
  • Udacity App == Excellence

    By Brikolore
I really love the Udacity App. It’s clear, concise, and oh, so convenient!! I recently took Phase 1 of their Mobile Web course, thanks to a Growing with Google Scholarship. The Udacity App made the experience an absolute joy! It’s easy to use, reliable, and clear. Even the code was easy to see on my iPhone! There’s nothing like having great tools when you absolutely need them. Well done, Udacity!
  • Video Sessions

    By SpongeLearner
....could use some better structure. Navigation is lacking and presentation could be improved. Visit Lynda.com and take some of those courses. Or, Learnonline and Safari video lessons. I expected better from Udacity. Those I listed present well on any medium, PC, iPad and iPhone and Lynda.com even on the big screen (TV).
  • Sync awful

    By Gina_jojo
The app synchronization with the web page is so bad But the idea is great so please try to solve that issue as it will help a lot
  • iPad experience is pretty bad

    By BrookingAtx
I can’t see correct answers on quizzes, the UI doesn’t align quizzes well, there is no auto advance to next question. The web experience on a desktop is way better
  • Nice

Thanks for adding search! Also, progress percentage can still be tracked. Instead of the widget, open the app and go to "Enrollments". It would be nice to see: - What courses I already completed - What courses are included in a given Nanodegree
  • No search function?!!!!

    By SURG69
In this day'n'age, any app that has ANY sort of content, doesn't matter what it is, and doesn't have a SEARCH FUNCTION -- in case of this app, which is all about content -- search through the course headers, and through the course table of contents and through the course synopsys, the course sources (organizational entities), and the names of presenters -- any and all metadata you have for the audio/video content which are the actual cources -- such app should not pass the elementary Apple's quality control to be available on the App Store. And the product design and development team who release an app like this, should be seriously thinking about alternative careers, or even retirement, if they don't have as much as an ounce of about for critical thinking to invite a consultant (or even just simply cowd-source) the feedback on the App. I would be shocked if nobody before me didn't mention this shortcoming. It makes no difference whether the app and its content is free or not, the minimum acceptable level of UX applies just as well. Take a hint from the name of your own company and remember that NO knowledge has ever done any good to anybody if it wasn't applied, implemented, put into action or acted on. Perhaps your existential problem is written into the name of your business -- it's not just "learning" but "learning, growth, and development" ("development") as in '[self-]improvement
  • Free education?!

    By Maru-Şahu Jahan
We [most of us] were always trying or hoping to get a free education and UDACITY is the answer for that hope. It’s very organized and very clear. I’m a web&app developer myself, and I would really recommend Udacity to every person who wants to learn the FUTURE !
  • Convenient

    By Firesto3573
Great for when I’m on the NY subway trains and need to continue my education! Just download the content to the phone and boom. All in all I find the Udacity teachers charming and very competent. The program is probably one of the best and trustworthy ones the internet has to offer! I recommend to anyway willing to learn and work hard!
  • Slow but workable

    By Ablacklama
Does everything you would want but it runs pretty slow
