  • Bugs bugs bugs

When using word on my iPad, I frequently encounter the Undo last action does not have any effect, and as soon as I make a mistake and try to use it, it greys out so that it can no longer be activated. In a system that does not allow version tracking, this is catastrphic. Please provide some feedback, or address it immediately with a software update. This is the kind of bug that makes an office program unusable. Some other bugs that continue to be ignored by developers: Autocorrect only works intermittently. Style changes are not reflected on highlighted or selected text until a keystroke is made. Failure to keep documents open even for 10-second app changes. Only one document can be open at a time (less of a bug than a general design flaw) Cannot set default font / font size (less of a bug than a general design flaw)

Word might not have been my favorite processor, but it won, so it's great to have an iPad app functional enough to make the program truly mobile. Microsoft has released numerous useful updates since the app was created, but there are more necessary. For example, I believe there is no way to open more than one document at a time on the iPad. That's a significant limitation.

I have the pro12.9 so happy. Then there is not WiFi in the building of the presentation. But I did my work at home, then I open and nothing. Can you imagine my frustration. Are you planing to do some thing like pages, where you have online and offline. Or I missing something

  • Waste of time

I thought that i was going to be able to use this app to do work, unfortunately i need to have a office 365 account to edit or save documents. I think Microsoft should at least offer free editing and saving on the app.
  • Text to Speech

    By Lemon Variable
Microsoft recently updated the app and removed many features that I found useful daily. I’m a grad student and used the text to speech function built in to this app almost daily while reading material for class. It was really helpful in understanding material and made reading more efficient for me. For some unknown reason, they removed this feature as well as other helpful features on this app and took away a lot from the great experience they had on the ipad. I hope that Microsoft brings them back. For the moment, I’ll be looking for another app the fill this void.
  • Some Hangups!

The "New Comment" feature cannot be undone if clicked by accident and saved before noticing that it was pressed. Please fix this. I have tried everything to remove the comment altogether. Also please do not continue to place the "New Comment" link or function directly next to the "paste" function because it can easily be clicked by accident when trying to quickly click the paste function. Please fix. Thanks.
