Constant Therapy is an award winning cognitive and speech therapy app for people recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, or who have aphasia, dementia and other speech-language disorders. The app can be used to improve speech, language, cognition, memory, reading, attention and comprehension skills with 65 categories of tasks, over 100,000 exercises, and 10 difficulty levels. Constant Therapy was designed by scientists at Boston University, has won awards from American Stroke Association and AARP, and is recommended by speech language pathologists, neurologists and occupational therapists. Exercises are specifically customized for each person's unique needs - so the program adapts to your progress every day. Recent research published in Frontiers in Neuroscience shows that stroke and brain injury survivors using Constant Therapy showed significant improvement in standardized tests and got an average of 4 hours extra therapy per week. Patients or individuals can use Constant Therapy independently at home, or with their clinician. Clinicians, educators and researchers can use the program with multiple clients, set up homework and monitor patients' progress to make better clinical decisions. A free trial of up to 15 days is available for patients / individuals. Constant Therapy is free for clinicians, educators and researchers in one-on-one therapy sessions with their clients. Users can continue progress after the trial with a monthly subscription of $19.99 / month or annual subscription of $199.99 / year. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Our privacy policy can be found at: Terms of use of Constant Therapy can be found at:

Lots of variety. Many levels of skills. They keep track of the scores for every exercise and time so you can see your progression. If you have a question or want to change the exercise and call them, they are very very responsive.

I had an occipital stroke three years ago and since I have relied on Constant Therapy for my daily attempts at recovery. I only have praise and gratitude for their constant support and friendship and thank them from my heart: May God bless them. I find myself writing another testimonial to recognize the gigantic help it provides to stroke victims, The multiple exercises and the informative reports contribute to create an extremely friendly approach that makes me look forward to the tasks. may God Bless the CT team.

  • Great App but needs minor improvements

I am an SLP and this app is great for a wide variety of patient populations. The only thing I’ve noticed is that it would be better if the app explained the reasoning behind the correct/incorrect answer. Especially if this is supposed to be used outside of therapy, they may not know why they got an answer wrong and they won’t always have a therapist around to explain it. This won’t be necessary for all of the different sections like currency or memory but on the category identification, my patient will click yes/no if the words are in the same category and not know why they got it wrong. (Sometimes I don’t even know what category the app was going for haha).
  • Best stroke therapy ever

    By Trcdfth
This programs is the best. I had a stroke at 42. I will be back to work in no time with this. The speech therapy couldn’t even keep up with all the great programs. This is a major blessing.

In the beginning, I thought this was too easy. As time went by, it got harder! I will continue using this!

Simple tasks that continue to build based upon ones ability to master - very helpful for concentration and recall.

  • Best In-House Therapy Ever !!!

My mother, 55, has Early Onset Alzheimer's. She's in stage severe, level four / on her way to five. This app has actually reversed some of her frustrations with numbers, words, recall, and memory. I can't be more impressed. It has instilled more confidence to try and taught her to have patient with herself as she realizes she is capable of doing tasks. That previously paralyzed her. It doesn't solve the problem or illuminate her handicap, but it has in many ways saved and even improved her cognition that would otherwise be lost. I truly can't talk this app up enough. I also don't know why others don't know about it. This app is literally the best thing that has happened for her since she was diagnosed two years ago.
