    I can’t add calories anymore. They’re automatically erased after I add an item. I’ve been using this service and have not had a single problem until after the update ... please fix !!!!!!

    I have used Fitness Pal for one week and I’ve lost 3 lbs! It was easy to replace sugar saturated foods with healthier foods. Now I have plenty of energy, and I never feel hungry. Fitness Pal is very easy to use. All you have to do is weigh yourself set a goal to lose one or two pounds a week and Fitness Pal will tell you how many calories you get for that day. You enter what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can see every day if you are on track to achieve you goal. You can also see what’s in the food your consuming. My wife is diabetic and she checks her blood sugar several times a day, after a week she lost 7 lbs and her blood sugar dropped from 188 to 124. If you can select healthier foods and you can do what we are doing which is to get up and walk every day, Fitness will do the same thing for you and I promise you won’t be starving.

    Thank you. I’m enjoying tracking my calories to make sure I’m getting enough in one day. I have selected to gain weight per week. I know that’s the opposite of what most people are looking to do when counting their calories. However, is there a way to celebrate when I go over calories for the day as opposed to making it seem like a negative thing? For example, when someone selects that their goal is to gain weight, can the calories for the day show up in red then once you hit zero the calorie count turns green and every calorie you go over is green with a plus sign instead of red with a negative sign? Can we celebrate hitting and going above the calories for the day? Just a suggestion. I think it would help motivate people that are trying to hit that calorie count or exceed and are visual people.     MyFitnessPal is helping me to be more active and eat better. I enjoy looking at the Blogs and reviewing my daily stats. I count my calories to lose weight. I’m 69 years old and use a Garmin Vivofit 3 to record my daily exercising. 10,000 steps a day, every day is my goal. Plus swimming and other cardio.

    I have tried several of these type of apps and this is the best by far. The reminders are great and the progress projections are motivating. Bottom line, it is so simple you cannot not use it. Forgive my English. I are a engineer.

    I have not been using in a while and just tried to post again. Password required. Didn’t remember that and no option to try to get a new one. Tried to delete and reregister. This would lose all my recipes, etc. can’t register as it says my email is used and 5 different names I’ve tried are used. Therefore I can’t even reregister! Disappointed!!
