    The number of times I have to reset the app because it won’t play is shockingly high. Premium subscriber...but for how much longer?
  • Unable to use and no support

    First, the app stopped recognizing me as a Premium subscriber even though I’m on an automatically renewing monthly membership. I tried deleting the app from my phone, reinstalling, and logging in and now it won’t even let me log in! Sounds like other users are having the same problem and I’m surprised to see there’s been an update recently that didn’t include a fix for this. An issue that literally keeps users from logging in and accessing paid content! Getting help from “support” has also been an issue and I couldn’t even find a way to submit a support ticket on the web app.
  • Deleted my account

    So I really loved using this app but they have issues with randomly shutting down or just not working or forgot all my favorites. I am going to continue to use it with the hope that updates will help. It’s good just not great.

    This app constantly advertises shows that I have no interest in listening to on the “my front page” section and will not let me ban certain shows so they are always there hiding the few shows I actually want to listen to. If there was any other way to listen to Hollywood Handbook pro version I would unsubscribe in an instant. Avoid it
  • Worse than iTunes

    Just terrible. The interface is as unintuitive and cluttered as possible and I can't even get the channels to load anymore. I pay for premium and don't get to listen to any podcasts because the app does not work. And if you like privacy don't ever give them your credit card number because they will keep it forever and not give you the option to delete it from their site.
  • Never really understood it

    Maybe I just didn’t get how this app worked but I’d download a bunch of podcasts to listen to during a 6 hour drive that I regularly take. If I didn’t listen to them within a couple days it seemed that the downloads would disappear. I got sick of fighting with the app so I went back to the one on my iPhone.
  • Please Allow Sorting!

    Stitcher has always been a considerably good option for podcast listeners; after opening up Stitcher Premium, it’s become a lot more of a platform that I use, as well. They update it often, in useful ways, and the developers listen to those that use the app, which is always a huge boon. The reason I didn’t give it five stars, though, is because, when I try to listen to certain podcast archives, like Never Not Funny, I can’t sort it in reverse order. I’m trying to listen to a few podcasts from the start, and since they have hundreds at this point, it can be kind of inconvenient to have to scroll through each of them just to reach season one, and it makes me want to not do it at all! If they could organize these archives like Comedy Bang! Bang! is organized, or at least allow sorting between Oldest to Newest and vice-versa, it’d really impact my use of the app. If this gets fixed, I’ll change the review to 5 stars! Thank you guys for all you do!

    When i first got the app, with stitcher premium back in either Sep or Aug, things were great. Loved it. However a few podcasts in my favorites playlist refused to update on my feed to show they had been updated with new episodes. Despite showing proof of this problem via screencap I was told theres nothing they could do because of how rare the problem is. Soonafter i cancelled my stitcher premium but resubscribed beginning of Feb. Despite being charged and their system showing me having premium status, the app itself refuses to recognize the status. Ive been waiting for about a week for a response. I think im going back to itunes podcast app...
  • Resuming episode...

    Honestly, my biggest gripe is the completely unnecessary “resuming episode” voice that tells me what I already know. I don’t need audible confirmation of this. On the flip side, maybe add MORE to this feature. Have a voice tell me when I do anything in the app. Continue to support the voice over industry by paying another British woman to tell me when I’ve “Unsubscribed to Premium”, for example. Also, the failure of the app to support custom URL’s keeps me from making this my default podcast app. Many of the featured shows in the app also have Patreon supported content you cannot listen to in app as a result. Based on developer responses to reviews I do believe they’re trying to address the issues with bugs and some unintuitive interface things, so please please please give me a way to turn off that voice and add custom feeds. Thanks!

    Listen for years however many problems with car play and failing to sync. I am forced to move to another app for podcast.
