Reviews Everyone who is alive must have this type of password organizer for all of your crucial accounts. A close family relative who works for Homeland Security turned me onto this great app, which he uses all the time. I love this app and use it constantly for just about everything. I used to write down passwords and kept them in my wallet until it was stolen! What a mess! I uploaded the Keeper application and since then my life has been less complicated. Password Keeper is the only thing that keeps all my passwords in order and me, sane. Keeper is definitely the best app on the market for keeping passwords and other confidential information. • No free version??

I’ve had this app for years and have years of passwords saved in it. Suddenly it locks you out and makes you pay 29.99 to access your passwords. Nope. ✌️

  • Great!

I can finally store all my passwords. It also has a Touch ID feature so I don’t need to enter my password each time I open the Keeper. Very convenient and safe knowing my passwords are backed-up regularly.
  • Passwords are held HOSTAGE

    By butler261
Was free, now my passwords are held hostage until they get their $29.99. Lesson learned, don’t let it happen to you. ***Update**** After a few emails from Andy, the issue was resolved. Yes, I did forfeit the cost of tax, but they refunded $29.99 to my PayPal account. They acted very professional and I had zero issues.
  • Extortion

    By Surferdaddy
I get that subscription services want to keep you a customer but these people will extort you to the tune of $30 a year. So I thought this would be a good way to keep my personal info protected. It worked quite well but I found my “notes” app to be just as good for my needs and therefore did not renew my subscription. Well, not long after the emails started coming in. At first friendly reminders to renew and then changing to “you better renew or all you info will be lost.” I COMPLETELY understand no longer offering support or backup to former customers but don’t lock up what is on their own machines in your app. By the tone of the emails I figured this company would do this and therefore I wrote all my info down as a precaution and it’s a good thing I did because sure enough they eventually held my daddy hostage until I paid the ransom to get it back safely. Poor yourself the money and frustration and simply use your notes app and sync it through iCloud. Jerks.

Had this app for a long time, pain in the a*s, Even after paying to upgrade, ilgomma delete it now, after several years. Sick of it
  • Being held hostage😒

    By Tkem22
I have had this app for quite a while. When I downloaded it was a free app. I purchased the upgrade one year and felt like I didn’t really need it. When the upgrade expired I choose to continue to use this app for free while putting up with constant notices to “upgrade now”. Today I received a notice saying that the app was locked and I had to pay to access my information. I don’t like being forced to pay for the information that put into an app that was free and then they decide to change the agreement. An explanation explaining why they would no longer offer it for free and a deadline for retrieving my information. So much for being a loyal user. So long keeper.
