    This apps behaviour is mischievous. It seems it digging in too much users behaviour and personal data. They have access to everything and trying to control everything to sell their premium service. Feels like they are there to track your each and every personal move and then tracking it doe marketing. Don’t know if they are selling data to third party also?

    It stressed me out to try this app and not know that the playlist I was building had a membership attached to them. I simply wanted to meditate, not scour the playlist looking for free meditations.
  • Worth every penny, for the whole family

    I learned about mindfulness and meditation at a mindful parenting course at my children’s montessori school. I had no idea how much control we actually have over our parasympathetic nervous system and how we can actually “calm ourselves down” through simple breathing techniques, positive self talk and visualizations. My children love to listen as well because it brings us down from a chaotic, busy, always on the go type of day and has a longer lasting impact than passing a tablet or phone to them to “quiet” them down. Stimulation vs. actual peaceful guided relaxation exercises gives us as adults and our children an extremely valuable tool for when they grow up and are faced with stress and challenges in life. I didn’t blink an eye about renewing it for another year, I love Corey Muscara’s teachings, his voice is so calming and you can hear the smile on his face! There are other great teachers but he is my favorite for my daughters and myself. Highly recommend the app, it is one that actually rewards you with real life growth and healing, not just short term endorphins releasing when app users accumulate coins/stars/likes/views that have them (us) checking our updates compulsively. 🙏🏻💞
  • A life float in deep, anxious waters

    This app is incredible. I have been very stressed out recently and this app helps me to calm down at night and truly focus on the finer things in life. This app also gives me tools to help me center myself when anxious thoughts arise. The speakers also have soothing voices that helps to relax.

    Using this app to meditate has helped me improve patience and understanding as well as acceptance. The variety in topics and teachers is great, only a few I have come across that I didn’t like. I am Using the paid version for a little over a month and would recommend it to anyone. We could all benefit from mindfulness

    I love this app it has a meditation for about every obstacle that life has and the meditation are true and uplifting to help with everyday situations. It keeps track of how many days you meditate which I think great and gives me inspiration to keep going and to give myself at least five minutes everyday to dive into my self care.
