  • Not satisfied

Our first trip using CoPilot has not been a good one. I have decided that using Google Maps is far more accurate and user friendly. I was not successful in getting around the site and will not be using this app any longer.
  • Low Bridges

    By Robison100
So I went out for a test drive on a route in Georgia that I knew had a Bridge clearance of 13’7” without my RV (Thank Goodness). I configured my RV at 14 foot in height just to see in the co-pilot app. It not only suggested that route as the primary route but actually guided me through the hazard in my opinion. Do not depend on this app. I think I will just use a truck gps app. Wish I could get a refund!
  • Most difficult app I’ve ever used

    By justplainjan
I live full time in an RV. I needed a navigation app that would take into consideration the size of my towable RV. While this app offers this option, which is great, I find it to be very counter intuitive to use. Planning a multiple stop route can be frustrating. There doesn’t seem to be a way to calculate miles between stops on my route. For the price I paid for this app, I expected to be able to use it easily. Instead, I find myself researching “how to” on their website constantly. I am a senior citizen who is somewhat tech savvy, but this app gives me a headache. I just feel like a navigational app should be fairly easy to navigate.

I would like to be able to display the current time at one of the map lower corners. The available choices are good, but please add the local time to the choices.
  • Horrible! Constant Crashes & won’t load almost everytime.

Had hope but have reinstall over and over, refresh corrupted license file. Total waste of my money and time. I will just stick with RoadTrippers and apps the function. So wish refund was possible.
  • No good

***THIS APP DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED!!!! AND THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS FOR A REFUND! ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!!!!!!*** Can't search for fuel stops along my route, can't seem to start a new ticket on the website, and seems like I'm stuck with this useless app with no way of getting a refund. I have used every option available on this app to find fuel stops along my route and it will not pull up any results. I've also tried to create a ticket on your website to get support with no luck either. I would much rather get a refund as my trip is Wednesday and I've already planned out my route using another app and google maps. Will you give me a refund????
  • Not Best Road to Travel

    By Not Best Road
3 separate recent trips with our 40’ 5th wheel using Copilot. Copilot has taken us on roads which were not the best route to travel. Of course we discovered this after we traveled routes provided by Copilot. One took us off the bypass through the middle of Willmington NC only to end up back on bypass. One took us up a narrow winding mountain road in Natural Bridge VA when there was easier access 29S through Lynchburg VA. Worse was Oregon Hollow Rd Front Royal VA single lane gravel mountain road no guardrails. One wrong move & we would have lost the camper. Safer road to reach destination was 50W or at least Dismal Hollow Rd. We will no longer use Copilot. It can’t be trusted. Laura Blake
  • Limited Usability

Secondary highway and other improved road routing is not available in this app. That's where the clearance issues are, not on the Interstates and primary highways.
  • Our Primary source of navigation

We use this app, along with Google Maps & a Trucker Atlas while traveling in our 36 ft Class A. We've put it through the paces, and although it's not perfect--for the price it's far superior to the more expensive stand-alone GPS's with mediocre reviews. Putting in your dimensions will keep you away from height, width & weight restrictions (although I wish it was easier to see WHEN it was doing this, we've tested out a few narrow roads & construction width restrictions and sure enough--it was trying to route us around!). The biggest recommendation from a friend was getting ADVANCE turn notifications with preferably a clear map WHICH THIS APP DOES! This alone makes it far superior to Google Maps. The other disadvantage of Google Maps in an RV is it always takes the shortest route & will reroute you for traffic with little notification--maybe through a neighborhood. This app allows you to dictate the order or roads to be used--primary highway, secondary main roads, locals roads last. You can alter a route by clicking "not this road" and it will reroute to the second best route. The offline maps are also an advantage because eventually, on a long trip, you will lose cell service at some point. We've found the road database to be reliable from FL through WY--more reliable than our old Garmin. Tip: make sure your iPad is has a sim card (which means a built-in GPS) or you'll need a Bad Elf for location info. Recommend!

I really enjoy the app and it works well I just need help with one feature. When you go to the support page it tells you to connect and I chose Facebook. On the Facebook page you can select contact us which brings you back to the support page. Very frustrating. I figured this was the only way to contact anyone.
