    This app is great at what it does - giving you a new workout each time. However, it REALLY excels in the user experience dept. Every tap is well thought out, and everything is very intuitive. One of the best apps I've ever used. Major kudos to the dev team!
  • Life Changer

    I've been using this app for about 6 months. I have never lifted before and I didn't know where to start. The idea of putting together daily workouts and to make sure I hit all of the muscle groups was daunting to me. I have seen consistent gains and growth by using this program. Great buy!

  • Pretty good for beginners, some issues

    I wish the app would remember what weight you last used for a given exercise. I also wish the auto generated workouts had a bit more variety. For instance, the last workout it gave me wanted me to do four different types of bicep curls, which seems a bit excessive for a short work out (which only comprised of 8 exercises total).

    I really like the idea of automatically planned workouts. And this app does it well. But the app doesn't provide any warm up routine. Also it's not clear whether the suggested sets include warm up sets or not.

    Such a great app, almost perfect in my opinion. Couple things that kill it for me. 1. There is no way to look back historically and see what you've done or how you progressed. When I'm looking at an exercise within a workout, it needs to show the weight I used lady time and the dates I did the exercise. Right now is a bit of a guessing game. 2. I'm sure there's a way to edit an exercise once is started, but I haven't figured it out. But if I accidentally add a set, there seems to be no way of removing it. 3. Rest timer notifications DO NOT work. If the phone screen us off, no notification comes on the screen. Just a minor vibration that is easy to miss. 4. When trying to download the videos do you can view them offline, the app crashes and closes. It seems this is also just for the gift and not the videos, which are extra important to me at least. 5. Editing weight and reps is way too cumbersome to do during workout. The UI and entry needs to rethought. Maybe a dial to increase / decrease. 6. The personalized workouts are fantastic, but there should be more ability to edit the strategy behind them. Also give some feedback as to why these exercises are being selected beyond just rested muscle. Other than that, the app is truly fantastic. Maybe some kind of music integration would be great as well. Thanks guys!

    Love the app the only thing bad about it is you have to pay for it but it comes with a lot and helps some one who has no idea what they are doing at the gym.
