  • Best parental controls

    By riehmc
I’m a network/security engineer by trade and have always hated how vendors come up short from real parental controls. This device allows you to group devices into accounts so you can control by users instead of micromanaging every device. I have to say one of the best investments I've made for $99
  • Excellent concept but...

    By Sweetlove391
I love the ability to do all that you can with this program. For the price, I believe that the consumer should have more tedious control. I have the switches set in place and I still don’t feel in control. I would like the ability to actually view which websites and content is being viewed. I hate that I have to completely remove a device from being manned to be able to use it. I want to be able to view what my child sees from the app and block or unblock it. It feels like all or nothing with this system. Then, I can’t tell which device is which sometimes. There needs to be a better way to tell which device I’m setting up. Then, there are certain parts of sites that I’m ok with but not others. I need feature and subject blocking abilities. There are so many possibilities with this program that are untouched. When improvements are made, I would be happy to change my view. Also, if I’m paying more than $100 for the Disney circle box, the mobile service should be included. I shouldn’t have to pay more on an already expensive item. I think it’s ridiculous that I do.
  • Good, would like one enhancement.

    By Concerned Shared Device Dad
I like the simple interface. One thing I wish Circle could add. For shared devices, I wish that you could add the app to the device and once the device is unlocked, the circle would open and ask for the person using it for an ID code to allow the internet to work. That would be awesome. The user would only know their code so the filters applied would apply to them. Please add this feature for shared devices. To all the people giving a bad review because of time limits with your kids. Be a parent and stand your ground. Good grief, developers are giving you a way to monitor, not be the parent of your kids, grow up. Thanks Circle Developers!
  • We have control of our network!!!

    By KingChester
Most of the games and services our kids use require a network connection. As a result of turning the network on or off you have 80% to 90% control of what kids are doing with technology. The GOOD + on/off + bedtimes + filtering of bad content + filter some apps + doesn’t interfere with my parental usage + you have control This gets it 4 stars. To get to 5 it needs to have more fine grained content filtering options. The BAD - you have to go around and find each device and assign it to a profile. This can be a non obvious process for someone not technical - filtering is sometimes too aggressive for kids vs teen. At the kid setting they weren’t able to access google docs so had to up them to teen. They do homework on google docs. Also there was no obvious way to leave them at kid setting and just enable google docs - YouTube has filtering choice for explicit content. Have seems like they need a rating system because almost all their music videos wouldn’t play anymore. The ones with bad words and mature content, good. But it filtered more than that. - time limits don’t seem to work, because devices are continually making network connections even when in sleep mode. If kids power off devices then time limits would work. I would highly r commend this solution if you are not using any filtering and want to regain control of what your kids are accessing.
  • Amazing way to limit screen time!

    By BobCat from Philly
This app is amazing! We have 4 kids and about 20 different devices that they use way too much. You can try to limit them without this but they just find another screen. This is so easy to use. The app sees all your devices. You put each one in a profile and when screen time is done you just click pause. I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you circle!
  • Premium working well

    By Mobreact
At first i could not buy premium. After a few days i tried again and it worked. I had lots of capabilities to manage the family equipment. Now it is gone once again. The mobile app shows I don't have premium even after I've received the subscription receipt from Apple for premium. Very frustrated at the moment.
  • Great Control

    By IrmaMM
I really like circle. The best part for me is being able to control restricted mode for youtube. This has been a challenge on mobile divices for my kids since thay were able to turn it off. With circle I control that. Great product.
  • CircleGo Does Not Work with Disney Now

    By PizzaEaterRob
You would think that this app would work with DisneyNow since it is called Circle with DISNEY since it is a partner, but it doesn’t. If I want to let my 10 year old watch Disney Now app while not on our home WiFi, I have to turn CircleGo off because the Disney app thinks she is located in a foreign country. You should work with your partner, Disney, to rectify this.
  • WiFi drags now

    By Autumntail
The app works great. I’ve been using the Circle for a couple of weeks and it’s been worth it. I was glad to see that while I was away from home that I could pause the internet so my kids could get their work done. The WiFi signal takes a hit but I can live with that.
  • So stupid

    By Opleast
My mom uses it and right when I’m in the best game it turns off
